Clubs reserve slots, then input camper contact info when available

This is where clubs reserve slots for Camp Royal 2023, and provide camper contact information once campers are selected.

We are excited to be back to in-person camp this year back at BAR 717 in the Trinity Mountains. Our very successful camp program led by Lain Hensley and Odyssey teams will remain the same. The Camper limit is 130.

Camp will be 6 days/5 nights, from June 5 to June 10. The price is $1050 due within 2 weeks of when the slots were reserved. Transportation by charter bus.

Please keep your reservation link handy, so you can add the contact information for your campers when you get it. We will then send them a personalized link for the on-line registration and some hard copy forms that need to be signed and returned.

As in the past, the limit is 2 campers per club until February 15, when remaining slots are available on a first come first serve basis (limit 6 total per club). Payment is due 10 days after the slot reservation is made. Checks can be mailed to Marc Monachello, 3019 Concord Place, Davis CA 95618

Fees are not refundable, however clubs may coordinate between themselves if a club has an ‘unsponsored camper’ they would like to see sponsored. The Registrar will maintain a list of ‘unsponsored campers’ we are aware of and try to facilitate the process.
