Thurman G. Casey Library (1975 & 2007)

This library was named for a long time Walnut Creek Rotarian who donated the property and funds to the City for a library in North Walnut Creek. After the building was completed in 1975 our Rotary Club donated $8000 to furnish the meeting room which was named for his wife Nell Casey.

In  2007 the club remodeled  the Nell Casey Meeting Room with new  paint, installed a new electric operated screen along with other repairs. All labor was performed by our club members and the expenses paid by the club.
